MARQUE is a wholesale supplier of authentic pre-owned designer goods with dealer showrooms in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, and headquarters in Irvine, CA.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Account Manager in our San Antonio location:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inventory processing, coordination and reconciliation
- Organization of customer communication in CLOSE CRM
- Fulfillment of wholesale purchase orders (authentication, shipping)
- Participation in sales video calls with other showrooms and customers
- Cross-trained in online marketplace listings and other operational functions
- General knowledge of designer brands, such as: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, etc.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Customer service focus and solid communication skills
- WILLINGNESS TO LEARN about the company, the products, and the industry
- CRM, Microsoft excel, Quickbooks Point of Sale software experience (preferred)
- High school degree (required), College degree (preferred)
