What does Marque Luxury sell?

Marque Luxury is a wholesale and retail supplier of pre-owned authentic designer goods from various brands including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Hermes and more. Items range from handbags, accessories, small leather goods, fashion jewelry, and more.

Are items that Marque Luxury sells authentic?

Marque Luxury maintains a process of authentication that includes the utilization of AI technology through third parties and other methods. If you purchase an item and it is proven to be inauthentic by a verified authenticator, Marque Luxury will honor a full refund upon return of the bag.

Marque Luxury is independent from any brand affiliation. Brands are not responsible for any product purchased from Marque Luxury, and do not guarantee the authenticity of goods sold. Authenticity certificates are provided solely through Marque Luxury or third-party recognized Authentication Companies.

What payment methods do you accept?

Marque Luxury accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, and Bank Wire Transfer.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Many new items are released online weekly on MarqueLuxury.com.

Marque Luxury sells one-of-a-kind items due to the nature of the items that are sold being pre-owned. If the item is out of stock that you are looking to purchase, please contact us through the chat feature or through the Contact Us section.

How do you ship?

Marque Luxury ships to domestic locations within the United States free of charge through FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail with signature required. Our products are shipped in non-descript packaging.

Standard shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive from the order date:

Shipping is FREE for all orders

Please note that purchases placed after 1pm Pacific Time are considered as made the next business day. Fulfillments are not processed on weekends and federal holidays.

All shipments are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with FedEx, or we will exceptionally ship with USPS depending on location. Shipping costs are as follows:

$50 for all international orders

Please note that customers are responsible upon delivery for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other tax on top of the Marque Luxury purchase price. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the US. No returns can be accepted on international purchases. All shipments are tracked and insured.

We are unable to make changes to a purchase once it has been placed.

Do you provide purchase and shipping confirmation?

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that we received it and it is processing. Processing may take up to 1 business day. Once approved, we will proceed with the shipment of your purchase and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

What if my order shows as delivered, but I have not received it?

If your package shows as delivered, please double-check your shipping information on your order confirmation to confirm the order was shipped to the correct address. 

You may also want to check with roommates or neighbors who may have accepted the package for you. 

If the package has not shown up after 2 business days, please reach out info@marqueluxury.com with your order number so we may assist.

Does Marque Luxury accept returns? 

Marque Luxury accepts U.S. returns as long as items comply with our return policy, are in the same condition as described on the product page, and still have the Marque Luxury tag attached. We can only honor returns through the following return process:

A written request must be filed by email to info@marqueluxury.com within 14 days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). Please provide your order number. Item must be shipped back to Marque Luxury no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (as proven by the tracking number)

Shipment fees (if any) from Marque Luxury to the customer will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, regardless of reason, within 10 business days, both for in-store and online returns
